How Long Will it Take To Get my Candle?

Please allow 6 days of creation before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped. 

 

What material are the candles made of? 

  • Proprietary soy wax blend
  • Braided Cotton Lead-free Wick
  • Reusable and recyclable glass with lid  

Customer service/Returns 

Over at Luciana Candles customer service is our number one priority. If your candle arrives damaged or have any other issues please contact us at LucianaCandles79@gmail.com for a replacement & we will handle Free shipping as well!

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! $15.00 flat rate for all countries 

How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. 

What if my package is lost?

Luciana Candles is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. But we prioritize our valuable customers, we will find the best solution to securing your lost package. Our last option will be a Free replacement just handle the shipping cost. 

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $4 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Afterpay, ApplePay. Please let us know if you have any questions.
